Hey Cubs and Parents!

Campout -- WEBELOS II Arrow of Light / Crossover  We will be camping at Gunterhill Campgrounds, Sat., April 5. Early birds can camp Friday night as well. Activities will start Saturday morning. 

The  WEBELOS II will cross over into boy scouts following their Arrow of Light Ceremony. ALL SCOUTS and LEADERS should wear Class “A” uniforms to the ceremony. (Leaders and Parents, please impress upon your scouts that this is a very special and serious ceremony and that the WEBELOS II and their leaders will appreciate their best behavior. That will be them up there sooner than they know.)

The ceremony will be followed by a dessert reception. Please bring a dessert to share. Guests are welcome to stay for this. The Campfire will start shortly after the desserts are served. Be sure to make guests feel welcome at this as well.

Date correction -- April Campout 
Moundville/Rockets will be April 19  Back by popular demand … We will be camping at Moundville and shooting Rockets, so get those rockets ready! The link is http://moundville.ua.edu/guide.html  They do not take reservations for campsites.

Goodwill/Goodturn We will be accepting clothing  April 1 and 8 for Goodwill- Good Turn.

Pack-wide Yard Sale -- May 3rd.  Bring your yard sale items when you have them ready. As always we will accept anything except clothes.  However, be sure to bring your clothing for Goodwill/Goodturn.  Ms. Angie will be responsible for storing everything for both events. Her numbers  are  (221-4597 or 514-6812) or you can bring items on Tuesdays.  The warehouse we will be using is located on Opothleohola Street in the old gin village and she can meet you there for larger or multiple items.

Biscuits Camporee!  May 3^rd 7:05 pm
The camporee tickets are already sold out, but the scout shop still have game tickets if you have not signed up yet.

About Us...

Pack 50 is a Cub Scout group that meets every Tuesday night at First Baptist Church in Wetumpka, Alabama.

Cub Scouting is for boys 6 years old in 1st grade through 11 years old or 5th grade. We are a family oriented Pack that loves to camp and stay active year around.  Come join us.

• Each Den will be posting information in their area of the site. You can find out about upcoming events, supply needs, etc. in these areas.  Be sure to check your den often.
   
• Parent / Leader meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month. All parents and leaders are encouraged to attend  at the First Baptist Church
