Supplies:
Aluminum Foil, or Foil Pouches for each person
Knife
Non-stick cooking spray
Ingredients:
Ground Beef (uncooked)
Thinly Sliced Vegetables (To taste):
Suggestions:
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Mushrooms
Seasoning Salt
Directions:
Fold foil into a pouch (or use pre-made pouches)
Spray inside with cooking spray
Place vegetables in pouch, sprinkle generously with
seasoning salt
Scatter uncooked ground beef over vegetables,
sprinkle meat with seasoning salt
Seal pouch around edges
Bring to the Pavilion to cook.
